As the Single Point of Contact for Hesse will be operating a new service platform from 21 October 2025, we would like to take this opportunity to provide you with important information for your online application. If you have any questions, please contact the Single Point of Contact for Hesse. Ideally, you should refer to your application ID in the online application when making enquiries.

Why am I unable to register?
Registration as a new user of the current service platform will no longer be possible from 17 October 2025, as it is not technically feasible to transfer your user data to the new application. To use the new service platform, you must have a federal user account (Bund-ID)or an ELSTER company account.

I am already registered. Why can't I create any more new applications?
It will no longer be possible to submit new applications from 17 October 2025 onwards, as it is not technically feasible to transfer them to the new application. From 21 October 2025, you are welcome to submit your applications on the new service platform of the Single Point of Contact Hesse or contact us to enquire about submitting your application directly through us or the responsible authority.

Will my online applications be taken over?
No, unfortunately it is not possible to transfer your online applications to the new service platform for technical reasons.

What happens to my pending online applications?
The Single Point of Contact in Hesse and the relevant authorities will endeavour to complete your outstanding online applications before the new application goes live so that you can download the decision from the relevant authority from the online application system in good time. If an application procedure has not been completed, the competent authorities can still process your online application within a limited period of time. After this period, the competent authority will send you its decision by post.

Where and for how long can I view my online applications?
Please use this link and log in with your existing access data. Until 31 December 2025, you can view your applications there and download the documents provided to you.

I would like to still be able to access my applications after 31 December 2025. What can I do?
Please contact the relevant authority that issued your notification, etc. directly. If your application has not yet been completed or you do not know which authority is responsible, please contact your single point of contact.
