Deleting an account

If you would like to delete your account, click 'Online Applications' after logging on and then click 'My Profile'. After that, you can delete your account, as well as any unsent applications, by clicking the 'Delete your account' icon.
Please note that deleting your account is not possible if you have applications that are being processed by the Point of Single Contact or are being held by another responsible authority.
Due to statutory regulations, it is not possible to delete completed or cancelled applications. In such cases, only your account will be deleted.
