You will require a scanner for scanning your personal ID card and, if necessary, other documents. In addition, you must have an e-mail address so that you can receive reports on the procedure through the online application.

• Apple Safari (OS X 10.11 El Capitan, MACOS 10.12 Sierra)

Other browsers are currently restricted or not supported. Please be aware that Javascript, ActiveX controls and Plugins must be activated. Cookies must also be allowed so that you can use the PSC service platform. In case the use of Microsoft Edge causes problems in combination with Re-Captcha, please delete your cookies and check your specific settings of Microsoft Edge.
